Designed for live cell imaging and time-lapsed microscopy.The controller is used to deliver gas mixture inside any custom enclosure and miniature incubators. Connects to a cylinder with compressed pre-mixed (5%CO2/95%O2 or any other, including nitrogen and low O2) gas. The output connects directly to a gas port of the incubator or a humidifier. Provides 225 cm3/sec maximum gas flow, which is enough to fill 1L enclosure in less than 5 sec. The controller regulates output gas pressure to provide continuous slow stream of gas mixture, to replace residual gases inside the incubator. Can be used as a source of regulated pressure to saturate solutions with gases and to control flow of solutions. Simple to use. Can be adjusted to fill incubators of different volumes. A humidifier CO2-500ML is included;
Heated Humidifier is included. When passed through heated water, CO2 mixture becomes humid. Can be also used as an indicator of gas flow – bubbles will indicated gas flowing inside the incubator. Connects inline between the controller and the incubator.
