Free Shipping Eligibility:
Microscopes meeting the criteria of being under 5kg / 10lb and having a value of $1,000 or more are eligible for free shipping to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed promptly to ensure that your imaging equipment reaches you in a timely manner. Our team works diligently to dispatch orders within 1 business day of order placement. If an order for an off the shelf item (not customized one) arrives before noon , it will be shipped the same day.

Order Tracking:
We provide order tracking for all shipped items, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment from our facility to your doorstep. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and /or SMS text if a mobile number is provided.
