The application of a thermoelectric cooling device and unique control system produces a compact and highly responsive cooling and heating system.
Our Cooling and Heating Thermoplate automatically adjusts and maintains plate temperature to ambient temperature, which is usually difficult because differences in plate and ambient are quite small. Thanks to its heating and cooling functions, maintaining plate at ambient temperature can be done automatically with only one device.
It is effective for the samples which need to be kept at ambient or lower temperatures, such as C. elegans, drosophila and zebrafish. It is also effective for controlling cell activation and for observation of expression by temperature control.

We developed this type with the aim of adjusting plate temperature quickly from 4℃ to 60℃, and even to ambient temperature. It was originally conceived as a customized product, but now it is becoming increasingly popular for a wide range of applications.
