I am interested in a DIC Phase contrast microscope under $10,000 (can be used). Not reflected DIC, but transmitted for cells.Ā I can live without Phase but I need DIC for sure.Ā I can take an upright or inverted microscope, but not reflected DI. I need transmitted DIC to view cells not electronics. I work onĀ Pond organisms, algae, rotifers etc. I need a photo tube for attaching Nikon or Canon DSLR.
