Image background digitize fine tuning function It provide three approaches, no background, auto background and manual background, to fine-tune the gray level of bend found with the back ground level.
Spot searching function Allows users to define the searching criteria of spot in a 2D gel.
Excel file export function The selected bends or spots will be converted to digital information and listed in an Excel format file.
